It is said of Bill Forsythe‘s Artifact ballet that it changes your life. It has certainly changed mine, over the decades, every time I see it anew. Bill always updates his piece, every time he consents for a new company to perform it.
And now, here is this stunning piece “Stop Motion” by the choreographer duo Sol León & Paul Lightfoot of the Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT).
In times of much need guidance and despair in the generative model debate: what is a human being, what is a living organism, are we just like machines, this piece has also come to change my life.
